MISSION

The mission of the Haitian American Leadership Initiative (H.A.L.I.) is to advance the political, educational, social, and economic empowerment of Haitian nationals and the broader Haitian diaspora. We are committed to confronting discrimination and ethnic bias through advocacy, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships.

H.A.L.I. works to elevate the concerns of the Haitian community within policymaking spaces while promoting policies and initiatives that strengthen representation, equity, and opportunity. Our goal is to cultivate a respected, organized, and influential Haitian presence at the local, national, and international levels.
