“Let’s Break the Cycle” was adopted as the name of H.A.L.I.’s Political Action Committee, marking a transition from passive participation to structured political influence.

 

The PAC supports leaders who demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a measurable commitment to advancing Haitian American communities. It promotes:

    •    Access to quality education and economic opportunity

    •    Public safety grounded in constitutional principles

    •    Health equity and mental health access

    •    Fair immigration policy and due process protections

    •    Entrepreneurship and small business empowerment

    •    Greater representation in decision-making institutions

 

H.A.L.I. operates from a simple conviction: political marginalization is not accidental — it is the result of fragmentation and disengagement. Through civic education, coalition building, and voter mobilization, we work to ensure our community speaks with clarity and strength.
